Nannies And Childcarers Registration Page

Please complete the registration form below in order to register with us. Please make sure you answer all the questions fully, where appropriate.Once completed please tick the declaration box at the end of the form to confirm your answers are correct and then press the submit button.

Please note we will also require you to forward us a copy of the following documents.

All relevant childcare qualifications
CRB check if held
First aid certificate if held
Ofsted letter of approval if held
Proof of identification (Please see table below)

Please note that as we have a legal obligation to ensure you have the right to work in the uk we will need copies of your identification.

We will need to see 3 forms of indentification, one of which must be from column A. All identification sent must show your current address.

Please note it is preferable for you to send us your driving licence as identification from column A, as this will save us from checking your licence at a later date should we put you forward for a job that requires you to drive.

Please note untill we receive your completed registration form and all of the above documentation you will not be fully registered with us and therefore we will be unable to put you forward for any jobs.
